Vegan Lasagna

Made a vegan lasagna with vegan soy-based bechamel sauce, tasted like a little piece of heaven, just the delicious essence itself was mouth-watering. Super simple to make; Start by cooking the soy-meat with the salsa (homemade or Dolmio’s which is the one I used) Once that is done, then you start making the lasagna. One layer of pasta, soy-meat and bechamel sauce until you reach the top and finish it with bechamel sauce. OVEN225 degrees for around 35-40 min. I also had some avo & spinach with lime juice to keep the lasagna company 😉
