Made spring rolls with rice papper. Filled them with spinach, tofu, corn & broccoli. Dipped them in soy. Vegan, Raw & Organic ;D

(The rice papper is actually very easy once you get the hand of it and how to work it. Use a frying pan filled with warm water, gently dip down the papper until all of it is wet (5-8 seconds) and then pull it out and place it somewhere so you can work with it) Then you simply start filling it with whatever you desire. 🙂
