Whenever I use my flower’y cup and drink te, I feel like the Queen of England.
There are several benefits of drinking tea in general, no matter if its green, black, red or white. But I’ve posted an entry about green tea already that thought I’d post one with the benefits of white tea this time. It has a high level of Vitamin A, which is good for eyesight, skin, hair, mucous membranes,an amazing immune system boost, bones and cell membranes. Plus, is also considered to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer. One of the biggest factors of white tea health benefits are the high levels of antioxidants, it also prevents Alzheimer’s and repairs DNA damage caused by radiation. White tea stands out to be even more effective at preventing cancer than black and green tea, positive effects on weightloss and one cup contains up to three times as much nutrients as green tea. And, an American study has shown that white tea also is effective against infections, bacteria and viruses.

Btw, reason to why it’s so dark it’s because I left the teabag a little longer than 4-5 min. I started to snuggle with the little bunny I’m taking care of at the moment and tots forgot.
