Beetroot; Hhydrates, B9, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium and Antioxidants. + Beetroot also clears the intestines, detoxifies the liver and gallbladder of toxics.

Carrot; Filled with vitamin A, B6 & C. Potassium & antioxidants. And very rich on carotene, which improves the night vision, prevents against cataracts and age-related changes in the retina, basically wonders for your eyes/sight. Red onion; Loads of antioxidants, but also useful substances such as chromium, fiber, and vitamin C.

Lemon contains vitamin C in the form of citric acid and a little ascorbic acid, it also contains small amounts of minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium and iron. And also kills bacteria, viruses and fungus.
