Vegan, glutenfree, organic cupcakes WITH protein! Healthiest cheat-treat ever 😉

You need; (Cupcakes)

Egg replacement

Milkfree margarine (melted)

Cupcakes base (make sure to read the ingredients to be sure it’s fully vegan)

Soy protein

You need; (Frosting)

100g Vegan cream cheese (original/no flavor)

1 organic lemon (1 table spoon of its juice)

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon Pineapple flavouring (optional)

50g milkfree margarine (lightly melted)

4dl Icing sugar

Cupcakes;

Mix the base, protein, melted butter & egg replacement and pour little clicks inside the cupcakes form and in the oven. Just follow the instructions on the back.

Frosting;

Whip everything together and then seperate it into diffrent bowls and add the coloring. Then start decorating!
