Soygurt with berries, fruit & seeds + a glass of soy drink.
Mango; Loads of antioxidants, beta-carotene, vitamin C and potassium. Vitamin A that’s for good eyesight, bones, skin and the immune system. Vitamin E & B as well.
Raspberries; Healthy antioxidant that protects against cancer and boosts the immune system. Loads of vitamin C, folic acid, iron, calcium and potassium. They’re detoxifying and can relieve menstrual pain.
Pumpkin seeds; High on Zinc, minerals & protein.
Sunflower seeds; Strengthens the liver, cleans poison in the gut and is amazing for your hair, skin and nails.
Corn puffs; Rich on protein.
& with a glass of Soy vanilla drink.
