Made an amazing and delicious smoothie with fresh fruits! Tasted what I assume, a piece of heaven would taste like! 😀

Banana; Packed with vitamins and minerals such as, potassium, mangnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, copper and vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, Vitamin C & E. Bananas are good for your heart, they’re very rich in potassium but low in sodium which promotes healthy heart and reduces the risk of atherosclerosis and stroke. Strong bones as well, protects against kidney disease and cancer,can help when you’re suffering of a hangover and much more.

Mango; Loads of antioxidants, beta-carotene, vitamin C and potassium. Vitamin A that’s for good eyesight, bones, skin and the immune system. Vitamin E & B as well.

Strawberries; Are rich on antioxidants that strengthen the body’s defenses against aging and disease, a lot of Vitamin C, Iron, Fibers, the nutritional content of strawberries heps against such as heart disease and cancer and also known to improve brain function and reduce the risk of depression. It has also been said that they contain more Vitamin C than oranges.

Pineapple; Vitamins that protect against viruses and infections. Lowers blood pressure, helps to balance your emotions and can help against depression.

Raspberries; Healthy antioxidant that protects against cancer and boosts the immune system. Loads of vitamin C, folic acid, iron, calcium and potassium. They’re detoxifying and can relieve menstrual pain.
