Tried these “diet noodles”, since regualr noodles have egg and I’m vegan, so until I’ll find good vegan noodles over here I’ll stick to these. -__-

Mushroom. Yellow & Green paprika. Zucchini. Organic marinated tofu.

Tofu; is basically based on soybeans which are protein packed and tons of fibers.

Zucchini; Filled with beta-carotene & Vitamin C & K. Protein & Fiber source. &+ Low on calories! Vitamin K is needed for the reconstruction of the skeleton, also good for your skin and prevent wrinkles. Not only is Beta-carotene a real skin-buddy during sunny summer days by gives you the golden brown glow and helping the skin’s internal sun protection. It also, boosts up your immune system, lowers cholesterol, and prevents night blindness and eye disease.

Mushroom; High level of the antioxidant ergothioneine, helps prevention of cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Yellow paprika; Vitamin C, E, B6 & B9 + Folic acid. B9/Folic acid is wonders for you skin and of reducing the risk of various cancers.

Green paprika; Vitamin C, E & B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, the normal formation of red blood cells and to immune function normally.

Vitamin C; Is good for the immune system, prevents colds and infections and acts anti-inflammatory. Also good for connective tissue metabolism and is also part of the collagen in the connective tissue needed for skin, teeth, bones and blood vessels! & Vitamin C improves fat metabolism and needed to liver and kidneys to be able to produce a sufficient amount of the amino acid carnitine, which is needed to convert fat into energy. And best part, Vitamin C prevents muscle soreness during exercise. 😉

Vitamin E; Is amazing for the skin, makes it elastic and prevents wrinkles and protects the skin against the sun’s UV rays. Prevents liver spots, scars and has a healing effect on wounds. Vitamin E improves oxygen supply of the muscles, is good for the red blood cells, counteracts inflammation and infections.

I just hacked everything, toasted it a little with a notch of olive oil and organic herb salt for a few minutes until it got a soft golden color and then added the noodles. (The noodles are basically ready to eat, remember to wash them and then heat them up with the veggies. It’s all on the package, make sure to read it) 🙂
