Made a late lunch, did some errands this morning, then started cleaning, doing laundry and suddenly realized I hadn’t ate and was probably the reason to why I felt like I was about to faint, so I droped everything and started making myself a meal. Something quick and simple. Vegan soy meat, mushroom with spelt (dinkel) pasta, based on algae spirulina. Packed with protein, iron and other vitamins!

The pasta cooked insanely fast, I’m taking less than 5 minutes which was perfect since by then I was starving. Anyways, boil the pasta, while making the “meat”, add mushroom, your favorite spices and done!
