Bites brand of vegan fishsticks, vegetable puré´& oven baked carrots!

Peeled the carrots, slice them, add a tiny bit of salt & oil and shove it in the oven for around 20-25 min. After 15-20 you can take one out and try it.

Boil together all the vegetables you want to make the puré of with a vegetable broth until all together is quite soft and then mash it all together.

Then shove the fishsticks in the oven or fry them, depends on how you like them!

Add some salad, or tomatos and voila, you’re good to go! 😀

Carrots; Filled with vitamin A, B6 & C. Potassium & antioxidants. And very rich on carotene, which improves the night vision, prevents against cataracts and age-related changes in the retina, basically wonders for your eyes/sight. The carotene is also amazing for your skin, and on top of that, carrots are also bacterial and viral killing.

Broccoli; The king of veggies as its called. Vitamin A, B6- B1- B2- B3, C, K Iron, Protein, mangnesium & zinc, that is the cure for a better immune system and to prevent colds. And it’s perfect for vegans, since it has a high level of calcium! And so much more. So make sure to start eating broccoli a little bit more often.

Kale; Loads of vitamin A,C,E & B6. Then, iron, calcium, mangnesium, & antioxidants. It is also good for the immune system, kills bacterias, also contain pectin which is lower blood sugar, it also lowers the bad LDL cholesterol and cleanses the body from bad toxics.
