Gone bananas.

Literally went banans at the grocery store and bought like a years supplies. I love bananas, they’re perfect for smoothies, makes you fuller longer or before/after the gym, or if you’re on the run! You. can’t. Go. Wrong. With. Bananas.

Bought Proviva’s Blueberry juice, soygurt & coconut water as well.

Read that coconut water restores hydration better than water, has importants salts and minerals.

So I made a smoothie with bananas, blueberry juice & coconut water to try it out and yummy! 😉
