My daily dose of Tangerine

I was never very fond of oranges nor tangerine, but learned to appreciate them after reading everything they’re good for. That oranges are a vitamin C bomb is something most of us already know by now, but it’s much more than just that. By having, eating a orange per day you increase protection against diseases, rheumatism and cancer, plus that the amazing vitamin C in it makes wonder for our skin. Stops inflammation, and by eating oranges/tangerine you are helping your body to strengthen the skin and body firmer. It clenses intestine, kills bacterias, lowers blood pressure, reduces the risk of stroke and much more. It’s miracle fruit basically, and I recommend everyone to start adding oranges/tangerine/citrus fruits to your shopping list! 😉
